Importing matings from Minda
The miHub mating importer can read and understand
Minda Custom Reports
with the following columns:
Animal Number
Birth Id
Electronic Id
Mating Date
Mating Type
Bull Code
To export from Minda you should:
1. Create a
Custom Report
(name it something easy like 'Milkhub matings file') with all the columns above
2. View this report in the
Minda report viewer
, and export as an
Excel file.
3. Save the file to your computer (remember where you save it!)
Once you have the file from Minda go to
Administration > Import Minda Files
Click on the blue
Import Matings
button
Click the
Browse
button and locate the file you saved earlier then click
Upload
Make sure the column headings are correct and click
Next
Check that the changes are correct and check any errors then click
Apply
