1. Go to
Which Cows? on the left of the screen and select the group you want from the dropdown list.
2. Click the tick boxes on the left to select the cows you want
or click the tick box at the top, next to
Actions, to select or deselect all.
3. Click on
Actions to choose what you want to do with those cows from the dropdown list.

In-shed Actions and simply select the options you want for your alert and/or draft:
• Reason for alert/draft - Choose from the dropdown list.
• In-shed icon - This is a letter which appears on the in-shed broadcast screen linked to Reason for alert.
• Description - Any further details you want seen in the shed.
• Draft - Choose the direction you want the cow drafted to.
• Audible alert - Choose when you want the audible alert to go off.
• Timing - Choose how long you want to alert for.
• Date - Choose the date. If Multi Date is selected enter the Start Date and End Date.
• Time range - Choose Morning AM, Afternoon PM milking, or All Day which includes both.

ConfirmYou can set a draft without an audible alert, and you can set an audible alert without a draft.
