1. Go to
Enter Data -> Tagging Worksheet.
2. If there are duplicate Visual IDs a
*NOT UNIQUE* alert will appear on the page. If you would like to see all of these duplicates click the
View Duplicates Only button, or click the
View Duplicates In Scratchpad if you are wanting to see more details for each cow via Scratchpad.
3. Choose which cow requires the new or corrected Visual ID, and enter the number.
4. If the Visual ID's are available click
Save changes in the bottom right corner of the page (you need to click out of New Visual ID textbox you have typed in for the ‘save changes’ button to appear).
If you have duplicates you must fix these before changing other tags. You will be unable to save while duplicate tags exist.
