How does MilkHub compare to a Herd Test?

MilkHub and Herd Testing use different measurements to predict the bacterial infections causing mastitis.
MilkHub uses an in-line sensor and the first foremilk characteristics, whereas a Herd Test uses a lab-based somatic cell count (SCC).
This difference together with other combined measurement uncertainty, means there is a scattering effect in the rankings when one method is compared with another.
For example the highest ranked cow in the Herd Test may be the 6th highest ranked cow in the MilkHub system etc.
