Maintaining and caring for your equipment

Hang your keypad(s) up after use. This prevents damage from impact, crushing and water.
Make sure your keypad(s) are plugged in when not being used. This prevents water from entering the plugs.

Clean underneath the weigh scale to prevent buildup of muck and gravel.

Check calibration by placing a known weight (a person or set of weights) on different parts of the scale and check for consistency.

Clean all magic eyes with a wet finger or non-abrasive cloth.

Check for air leaks (listen for any hissing).

Ensure the flow level of the wash is sufficient to clean the entire sensor. This will prevent any build up.
