Recording Inseminations using Herd-Man (no bull)

This is the quickest and easiest was to record inseminations as there is
no prior setup required
1.
Go to
Herd Management > Scratchpad
2.
Click on
Type a list instead
3.
Type the list of cows, pressing Enter after each. When your list is complete, click
Apply
4.
Click the
Select all
tick box
5.
Go to
Actions > Record Matings
6.
Select the
Date, Mating Type (Insemination)
and
Sire > Unknown Sire
7.
Click the
Select All/None
box on the right hand side to select all the cows displayed
8.
Click
Create Event
and
Confirm
your Mating Event
