Drying off due to Rising BMSCC

BMSCC rises at the end of the season even without increased mastitis infection. High mastitis cows should be dried off to keep BMSCC's under penalties. It is important that OAD and TAD mobs are considered separately as you may have high BMSCC cows in either mob. If treated as a single mob the more prominent symptoms of the OAD's may mask the symptoms of the TAD mob. MilkHub suggests following the Mastitis recommendations and checking your cows for infection before drying them off. Suitable for customers with inline sensors.
