You can build a custom report with any data available in the Scratchpad. You may want to save it and add it to your favourites list. In the example below, we will build a
Production report that has the
Yield Ratio, Yield over 2 weeks and
Weight data available. We will
save it and then add it to your
favourites.
Building a Custom Report
1. Go to Herd Management > Scratchpad.
2. Decide what data you want to see (Eg Yield Ratio, Yield over 2 weeks, Weight).
3. Go to Add/Remove Columns, click on the small arrow next Production and select Yield Ratio and Yield over 2 weeks.
4. Then click on the arrow next to Weight and select Weight.
5. Click Apply.
Saving your Report
6. Click on Save User Report.
7. Name your report (Eg Production) and give it a Description (Eg Cow Production and Weight).
8. Click Save.
Adding your report to Favourites
9. Go to Summary Reports > More Reports...
10. Scroll down to Custom Reports and find your Production Report.
11. Click on the star next to your report.
12. Scroll back up to the menus and go to Favourites.
