Cleaning Report Sensitivity Settings

The default settings for the Cleaning Report are set to a high threshold. If you have many more bails alerting than you believe there should be you can adjust the Sensitivity Settings.

Minimum Hot Wash Temperature: This measurement is used to ensure the water temperature during hot cleaning cycles reaches the expected level. To melt and remove milk fat solids it is recommended the water is at least 65C.

Flow Threshold: This measurement is used to ensure the flow during cleaning is high enough at some time to clean all areas of the pipework. A setting of 0.8 or higher is recommended for most farms.

Volume Threshold: This measurement is used to ensure enough water is used over the course of a cleaning to properly clean the pipework. A setting of 2.0 or higher is recommended for most farms.

1. Go to Summary Reports > Cleaning Reports
2. Click on Change your sensitivity settings at the bottom left of the page
3. Click and drag the Settings Sliders to adjust your settings
4. Click Save Settings button

The hot cycle temperature must reach a minimum of 65C throughout the plant. This means the reservoir temperature needs to be higher to allow for temperature drop as it flows through the pipes.
