Things to check
Check it is turned on
If there is no power going to the scale it cannot record weights.
Open the steel box on the gate and open the orange box.
Check that the dial is turned to
A and that the battery icon is not showing empty.
Open the steel box on the gate and open the orange box.
Turn the dial to M.
Place a weight onto the scale (a person or a set of weights) and check that the orange box registers a weight.
