Things to check
Check it is turned on
Open the steel box on the gate.
Check the display on the the yellow unit labelled XR3000.
If it is not showing anything press the red power button on the left to turn it on.
Check it is registering weight
Open the steel box on the gate.
Check the display on the the yellow unit labelled XR3000.
Place a weight onto the scale (a person or a set of weights) and check that the display registers a weight.
Clear the record memory
Open the steel box on the gate.
Check the display on the the yellow unit labelled XR3000.
Press the blue button below FILEDATA.
Press the blue button below >>.
Press the blue button below DEL ALL.
Scroll to "Delete all file data records in file" and press the ENTER button.
Press ENTER again to select NO.
Press ESC to return to the weigh screen.
